Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/color/etc), returns are accepted if you notify us via email and return the item to us within 14 days for all domestic orders and within 40 days for all international orders from date of delivery in exchange for product. Damaged items must be returned together with their original box. Returned item without notification will not be accepted.
The product you return must be in original condition,
not worn, not washed and not changed in any way with all the original
packaging. We reserve the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on
our discretion.
Kindly inform us before returning the item
otherwise the request will not be processed.
Customers would have to bear the postage
fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process.
Upon returning your item to us, please email at info@msbeestore.com with the subject “Return Item” and the following information:
1) Your Name (As per invoice)
2) Invoice Number / Order ID
3) Reason for return
Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective or wrong item.
We will not entertain exchanges if information provided is not complete or
invalid.
We reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall
we find any goods returned in a damaged/altered/used condition.
To make the process run smoother and
faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s), its condition
and your order details for record purpose.
Once we have received your returned parcel,
we shall notify you via your registered email.
